摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾炎的声像图特征及B超对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对478例B超显示阑尾炎的患者进行手术及病理结果分析。结果B超诊断阑尾炎符合率94.1%,急性阑尾炎符合率达95.2%。结论B超对急性阑尾炎检出率较高,能提供客观的影像学依据,具有方便、快捷、无创、可反复检查等优点,有利于临床选择合理的手术方法,并具有重要的鉴别诊断意义。Objective To discuss the ultrasonic images of appendicitis and its value in diagnosing appendicitis. Methods 478 patients were confirmed by ultrasound to have appendicitis; operations were performed and pathological results were analyzed. Results The coincident rate of ultrasound for appendicitis was 94.1%, and that for acute appendicitis reached 95.2%. Conclusions Ultrasound is of high coincident rate for acute appendicitis and provides objective proof of imageology; it has such advantages of simple, fast performance without wound and can be performed repeatedly; it is of important significance in differential diagnosis and profitable in clinic for suitable operation selection.
