微创浅层吸刮术根除腋臭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用微创浅层吸刮术治疗腋臭症,总结降低手术并发症和获得满意效果的经验。方法利用特定麻醉技术和负压脂肪抽吸技术对腋臭症进行微创手术。结果本组242例患者术后均获得I期愈合,随访12个月,腋臭症无复发,效果满意。结论在腋臭症的治疗中,利用微创浅层吸刮术能够获得安全可靠的效果,较传统手术更具优势。Objective To observe the curative effect of superficial liposucfion in eradicating bromhidrosis. Methods Liposuction with special anaesthesia to produce swelling was performed to the patients with bromlaidrosis. Results 242 patients in this study recovered well, the follow- up for 12 months showed no reoccurrence. Conclusions Superficial hposucfion is safe and of good curative effeet, it is of more advantages than the traditional operation.
