摘　　要：虎奶菇是热带地区一种珍贵的食用菌和药用菌,其菌核主要含有多种单体化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质、多糖、不饱和脂肪酸及人体必需的微量元素等物质,其中起主要药理作用的是氨基酸和次生代谢产物、蛋白质、挥发油成分、脂肪酸、多糖等活性物质以及钾、钙、镁等矿质元素。虎奶菇菌核入药可治疗痢疾、胃病、便秘、发烧、感冒、水肿、胸痛、天花、哮喘、高血压、乳腺炎、糖尿病、冠心病、肿瘤等疾病,也能促进胎儿发育,提高早产儿成活率,还有提高人体免疫功能、抗肿瘤等神奇效用,是一种很好的药用真菌,其子实体作为配菜合理膳用,也具有一定的食疗功效。因此,虎奶菇是一种很有发展前景的新的食用菌,应当利用现代技术手段和方法,以循证医学的观念,加强对虎奶菇的深入研究,充分发挥其营养价值和药用价值。Pleurotus tuber - regium （ Fr. ） Sing is an edible fungus composed of chemical elements like protein, amino acids, single compound, mineral, fatty acids and vitamin, among which protein, amino acids, vitamin exert significant medical effects. With the medical effects in anti -cancer cells in breast, coronary heart disease, tumor, asthma, infection as well as the treatment of diabetes, high blood pressure and the immunity improvement, it is necessary to have further research into Pleurotus tuber - regium （ Fr. ） Sing, a kind of medical fungus of wide application and fully exploit its medical value.
