高效液相色谱法测定寿星合剂中二苯乙烯苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立寿星合剂中二苯乙烯苷(2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷)的含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(17∶83)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.012～1.459μg(n=10)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD=0.9%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,适合寿星合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene- 2 - O -β- D -glueoside in Shouxing Mixture. Method The HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18（250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm）, acetonitrile-water （17：83）as the mohile phase, the detective wavelength was at 320 mm, The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results 2,3, 5,4＇- tetrahydroxystilbene- 2 - O -β- D -glucoside in the concentrations of 0. 012 -1. 459 μg showed good linearity（r=1. 0000）,the average recovery rate was 97.6%, RSD was 0.9% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
