摘　　要：进一步讨论了在可变价格和可变成本下最大值原理在渔业最优控制中的应用,推导出了鱼群的最优种群密度x*和最优收获率h*(t).The application of the maximum principle in the optimal control of fishery is discussed under the conditions of variable prices and variable costs. The optimal population density x^＊ of the fish and the optimal harvest rate h^＊ （t） have keen derived.
