摘 要:建筑物震害程度的判定是进行地震灾害损失评估的基础,震害指数是建筑物震害程度的定量表示方式,是房屋抗震性能的直观表现。震害指数的研究对于震害预测和地震灾害损失评估都有重要的意义。文中收集、分析并处理了2001—2004年中国地震灾害损失现场调查与评估的详细资料,以调查点为单位计算了各种结构类型房屋的平均震害指数,建立了中国西部地区不同结构类型房屋的平均震害指数向未经加固的砖混和砖木结构房屋的平均震害指数转换的数学关系,其结果对地震灾害及其损失的快速评估与现场评估具有一定的参考作用。Estimation of earthquake losses is based on the damage degree of buildings in a region. Earthquake damage index is a number between 0 and 1 which shows the damage degree in a mathematical variant. It expresses the earthquake resistant ability of the buildings. Research of damage index is of significance in the earthquake damage prediction before earthquake and the estimation of earthquake losses after the earthquake. In this paper, the authors collected, analyzed and processed the detailed materials of the estimation of earthquake losses which occurred between 2001 and 2004. Based on this, the authors then calculated the Mean Damage Index of each type of buildings at every investigation point. The relationship between the mean damage index of each type of buildings and the mean damage index of brick buildings was obtained, which may be helpful for the estimation of earthquake losses on field and after the earthquake.
