摘　　要：AHP方法的基础和核心问题是标度问题,而在运用AHP过程中,人们往往忽视标度的选择对决策结果的影响。从AHP法的3个不同方面判断矩阵的一致性检验、方案的排序结果和群组AHP中专家赋权,用实例说明几种典型"互反型"标度的选择对决策结果均有直接影响,并说明了其原因。Scale is the basic and most important problem in AHP, however, the influence of choosing scale in decision making is often neglected. From three different parts, consistency checking of judgment matrix, priority of scheme, weight for experts in group AHP, effects of choosing some typical ＂reciprocal scale＂ on decision making in AHP were presented more comprehensively by instances. The reason of the influence was analysed.
