摘  要:以薄皮甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)"玉美人"为试材,采用石蜡切片方法对薄皮甜瓜最初花芽分化过程进行形态学观察。结果表明:子叶展开期在第1真叶叶腋处出现花原基,依次分化出花萼原基、花冠裂片原基、雄蕊原基和雌蕊原基。花芽分化进程较快,整个发育期约30d。同一节位叶腋处可形成一个或多个花原基,但同一节位叶腋处的花原基并不是同时分化的,第1个花原基分化完成后,第2个和第3个花原基才依次分化。The process of flower bud differentiation and the morphological observation were studied in melon Yumeiren by means of paraffin-cut section.The results showed that the floral primordial was observed at the first leaf axils in the period of spreading cotyledon, then sepal primordial, corolla lobe primordial, stamen primordial and pistil primordial differentiated in turn, respectively. The process of flower bud differentiation was fast, and the whole stage of development was about 25 days. Moreover, one or more flower primordials were observed in the same axillae during different periods of the differentiation; however, flower primordials in the same axillae were not differentiated at the same time. After the first floral primordial finished the differentiation, the next floral primordial started to differentiate in turn.
