摘 要:制造网格技术为制造企业提供协同工作的平台,其虚拟组织成员间进行合理的利益分配是制造网格平台中合作成功的关键,通过利用Nash谈判模型,参考投入与收益成正比的原则,实现了对制造网格中组成虚拟组织的各个制造资源结点获得利益的合理分配,解决了制造网格中利益分配这一非技术因素问题,提出了一种可行的解决方法,也给制造网格在实际应用中对其他非技术因素采用技术手段控制和管理提供了一种借鉴方法。Manufacturing Grid (MG) technology realizes the sharing of distributed manufacturing resources and provides a synergic platform for the manufacturing enterprise. In Manufacturing Grid, the benefit must be allocated reasonably between the members of Virtual Organization (VO) which belongs to MG. Reasonable benefit allocation also is the key of a successful cooperation in MG. Referring to the principle that the income is in direct proportion to the investment, and using Nash Negotiation Model, this paper put forward a feasible solution to the non-technical problem of the benefit allocation in MG.This solution not only realizes reasonable benefit allocation, but also propose a technical means to control and manage the non-technical factors.
