摘　　要：目的探讨影像电磁导航系统的临床应用价值。方法利用数字化扫描技术和C臂X线机摄影所得到的病人影像信息(CT、MRI、C型臂影像等)通过媒介体输入到计算机工作站中,为神经外科、耳鼻喉科、矫形外科的手术提供了更广泛的空间。结果电磁导航技术的发展是光学导航技术革命性的进步。它大大提高了手术的准确性,大幅减低了X线的照射量。结论以实时优质的图像满足临床的需要,为手术的入路提高了清晰准确的指引。Objective： To explore the clinical value of electric-magnetism guided imaging system. Method： Through compute working station, images from computed tomography （CT）,magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） and C-arm X-ray were combined to guide different surgery. Results： Electric-magnetic guided imaging system greatly improved the accuracy of operations in nerosurgey,othropeadiac Surgery, ENT surgery, and significantly decreased X-ray irradiation dosage. Conclusion： By providing supreme, on-time images, electric-magnetic imaging system can guide various kind of mini-invasive surgery and improve success rate.
