摘　　要：目的探讨早期应用远位和邻近带蒂皮瓣修复手部热压伤的临床疗效。方法对35例各种原因所致手热压伤早期采用远位和邻近带蒂皮瓣修复，术后早期给予康复治疗。结果术后34例皮瓣成活，1例皮瓣因蒂部受压坏死。1～2年后随访，外形和功能恢复均较满意。结论根据不同的创面选择远位和邻近带蒂皮瓣修复手部热压伤，结合早期康复治疗，可较好地恢复手的外形和功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the early reconstruction of hand hot-crush injury with distal and proximal pedicel skin flaps transfer. Methods A total of 35 cases with severe hand hot-crush injury were repaired with distal and proximal pcdiccl skin flap transfer. Postoperative patients were trcated by rehabilitation at early stage. Results All the flaps were survived with satisfactory effect, except for one case of necrosis. The patients were followed up 1 - 2 years. All the skin flaps showed better color and texture, and the hand functions were satisfactory. Conclusion Distal and proximal pedicel skin flaps can be adopted to repair hot-crush injury of the hand according to different skin dcfects, and together with early rehabilitation treatment, the good recovery of the function and the hand appearance can be achieved.
