摘　　要：通过文献资料法和对比分析法,对各个阶段我国的土地征收补偿制度进行了研究,提出完善我国土地征收补偿制度的改革建议。研究发现,在不同的时期,我国土地征收补偿制度由于所处的背景不同,征收补偿对象、测算方法和补偿标准等都发生了很大变化。由于补偿制度的演变存在路径依赖问题,使得我国土地征收补偿制度虽然经过多次有益的改革,但许多问题仍没有得到改善。The paper studies the policy of compensation for land requisition in China in the different stages by methods of documentation and comparison and puts forward some suggestions for reformation. The results indicate that the policy of compensation for land requisition differs in subjects of compensation, computing methods and standards of compensation considering the backgrounds in different stages. The reformation of the policy of compensation for land requisition by the government has been constructive. However, because the evolvement for compensation policy has the problem of path dependence, many problems still exist.
