摘　　要：为了适应无线通信的需求,本文首先提出了一种增强型可变速率编码器总体方案,文章详细介绍了该编码器设计思想、具体实现方案。并建立了一个参数估计模型,可以更快速、有效地进行可变速率编码,对研究第三代移动通信编码技术有现实价值。In order to adapt the wireless correspondence demand, this paper first proposed one kind of enhancement invariable speed encoder overall plan, the paper introduced this encoder design thought and the concrete realization plan in details. And has established a parameter estimate model, which may be faster, effectively carry on the invariable speed code, and has realistic value for researching the third generation mobile communication code technology.
