摘　　要：随着图像处理技术在多媒体领域的广泛应用,对图像处理的要求也越来越高,文章对已有的算法进行了改进,设计出基于DIB位图图像处理系统,详细论述了系统实现过程中所采用的关键技术。With the wide application in the field of multimedia, the requisition on pattern process is higher and higher. The paper has improved the existing algorithm, designing out the image processing system. The key technology is discussed particularly in this paper.
