摘　　要：论证了职业道德自律是现阶段医务人员职业道德培养的主要方面。通过在医院开展职业生涯规划、伦理委员会活动、建立职工个人品牌等方式探索实践职业道德自律的做法,并阐述了树立正确的价值观、注重细节、个性化管理等体会。This article aims to demonstrate self - discipline of professionalism is the main aspect of professionalism training for medical staff at the present stage. Through career planning, ethics committee activities and building up individual brand among medical staff in hospital, we explored methods of practicing self - discipline of medical professionalism and expatiated experiences of fostering correct values, and paying great attention to detailed and individualized management of medical staff.
