社会资本对城市和农村社区卫生服务影响的比较分析

摘　　要：现已经在城市与农村社区一级开展的社区卫生服务对城市与农村居民的卫生状况改变有着重要作用,它利用社区卫生资源,解决社区的主要卫生问题,从而满足人民群众的基本卫生服务需求。然而,现在的发展却不是很完善,与此同时,对社区卫生服务有着重要影响的社区社会资本也没有被充分利用起来。社会资本在农村与城市有着不尽相同的特点,作者针对它们的相同与不同之处进行比较分析,并从伦理学角度提出建立、完善社区卫生服务的相关政策建议,以达到完善城市与农村社区卫生服务的目的。Community health service uses the community health resources to solve the main problems existing in community health and meet people＇s basic needs for health service. But now its development is not perfect. At the same time, the social capital which has an important impact on Community Health Services has not been fully utilized. Social capitals in rural and urban areas have different characteristics. In this paper, the author will analyze the similarities and differences of capitals between the two areas, and give some relevant policy suggestions, in order to improve community health services in the ethical perspective, and achieve the expected purpose of community health service.
