摘 要:介绍了一种基于纳米晶合金的差分式交变磁场传感器结构,给出了传感器磁芯的长径比与有效相对磁导率的关系曲线.为扩展传感器工作频带,对线圈模型的幅频与相频曲线进行仿真,并根据仿真结果设计了补偿电路.所设计传感器标定后的结果表明,该传感器可以在1Hz-10kHz较宽频率范围内保持平坦的灵敏度曲线,可以满足工程中弱磁场探测的需要.Structure of difference magnetic field sensor based on nanocrystaume auoy is introduced and relationship curve between ratio of length and diameter and effective relative magnetic permeability is offered. To expand working frequency band of the sensor, amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency curve of the loop model were simulated and compensation circuit was designed based on results of the simulation. After calibrating the designed sensor, calibration results show that the sensor has flat Sensitive curve in frequency range of 1 Hz-10 kHz and fulfils the needs of feebleness magnetic field detection in engineering.
