摘  要:用0.35kGy60Co-γ射线辐照诱变光温敏核不育系SE21S干种子约0.5 kg,于M2带胚糙米群体获得糯质基因突变体SE21wxS,通过M3-M4种植、筛选、鉴定,育成糯质光温敏核不育系嘉农wxS1。除胚乳性状差异显著外,嘉农wxS1与SE21S具有相同的生育期,十分相似的农艺性状、穗部性状、花器性状、花粉不育特性、育性转换特性和配合力。嘉农wxS1于2004年10月通过福建省技术成果鉴定,利用其配制的杂交糯稻组合嘉糯两优2号(嘉农wxS1/明恢86wxR)与原杂交稻两优2186(SE21S/明恢86)具有相同的生育期,十分相似的农艺性状、产量潜力和适应性。Approximately 0.5 kg of dry seed of photoperiod (temperature) sensitive genic male sterile line maintainer line SE21S was treated with γ-ray of ^60Co at the dosage of 0.35 KGy, waxy mutants of SE2IS were obtained from M2 brown rice population with embryo, and Jianong wxS1 was developed through the selection and evaluation of M3 ,M4 population. Jianong wxS1 and SE21S had the same growth duration, the similar characteristics of agronomy, panicle, spikelet, fertility and combining ability, except for the significant difference in the trait of endosperm. Jianong wxS1 was highly evaluated by Fujian Science and Technology Committee in Octomeber 2004. A waxy hybrid rice Jiannuoliangyou 2 which derived from Jianong wxS1 and restorer line Minghui 86 wxR had the same growth duration , similar characteristics of agronomic, yield potential and adaptability compared with its original hybrid Liangyou 2186.
