摘 要:大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae)是疫霉菌中难在培养条件下形成孢子囊的菌种之一。对诱发大豆疫霉菌产生游动孢子囊的10种方法进行比较研究,结果表明,供试的10种方法除了MSS溶液法外均能诱发产生游动孢子囊,其中以土壤浸出液法和皮氏液加土壤浸出液法效果最佳,产孢量大,所需的时间最短,游动孢子囊成熟度一致,且能一次性释放出游动孢子,从而成功地解决了大豆疫霉菌产生孢子囊难这一重要问题。Phytophthora sojae is considered one of the few Phytophthora species that hardly produce sporangia in pure culture. Ten sporangia inducing methods were studied and compared. The results showed that all methods can induce sporangia except the MSS solution method. The effects of soil - drip method and Petri solution mixed with filtered soil suspension method(30 mL Petri solution with 5 - 6 drops of filtered soil suspension) are better than others. The advantages of those two methods are large amounts of induced sporangia with short time and maturity in uniformity, and releasing zoospores at the same time, thereby the big problem of inducing sporangia for Phytophthora sojae has been solved.
