摘  要:试验利用液氮熏蒸法进行颗粒冻精,以1组冷冻保护液为对照,2组,3组冷冻保护液以氨基酸代替部分糖类物质,以解冻后的精子活力、活率和顶体完整性为判断标准,比较了4种冷冻保护液及不同冷冻-解冻程序对五指山猪精液冷冻的影响。结果表明:解冻后精子2组,3组的3个判断标准均显著高于1组(P<0.05);4组(2.5 mL DMSO)冷冻保护液解冻精子的活力和活率显著低于2组(2 mL甘油)和3组(1.25 mL DMSO+1 mL甘油)(P<0.05)。精清保留量为0 mL/10 mL时解冻精子的活率和活力显著低于0.5 mL/10 mL和1 mL/10 mL(P<0.05)。干解法解冻后精子活率显著高于湿解法(P<0.05)。In this experiment, semen pellets were frozen on the fluorine plant. The sperm motility, viability and acrosome integrity were studied in this experiment to select a better freezing diluent from 4 diluents and freezing - thawing protocols. The results were as follows: ( 1 ) Both effects of the group 2 and group 3 diluents with amino acid were significantly better than that of the group 1 without amino acid (P 〈 0.05) ; the sperm motility and viability of group 4 diluent (with 2.5 mL DMSO) after frozen were significantly lower than those of the group 2 ( with 2 mL glycerin ) and the group 3 ( with 1.25 mL DMSO&1 mL glycerin) diluents (P 〈 0.05). (2) The sperm motility and viability with 0 mL/10 mL semen plasma were significantly lower than those of the other 2 groups with 0.5 mL/10 mL and 1 mL/10 mL respectively (P 〈 0.05). (3) The effects of dried thawing were significantly better than those out of thawing in solution(P 〈0.05).
