影响反渗透进水SDI值的因素及控制措施

摘　　要：针对反渗透进水SDI值的影响因素,结合嘉兴发电有限责任公司水处理系统运行实践,提出了若干控制SDI值的措施,如保持澄清池运行正常、调整机械过滤器内加药量和运行反洗周期、保持活性炭床较高的COD吸附率、保证杀菌正常等。这些措施实施后,保证了反渗透设备的正常运行。Directing against the affecting factors on SDI value of intaking water for reverse- osmosis system, and combining with production practice in Jiaxing Power Generation Co Ltd, several measures for controlling SDI value have been put forward, such as keeping normal operation of the filtrating pool, adjusting dosage of chemical medicaments and period of backwashing in operation, ensuring the activated carbon bed to have higher absorbing rate for chemical oxygen demand （COD）, and ensuring normal operation of bacteria killing etc.. After implementation, the normal operation of reverse osmosis system has been guaranteed.
