摘　　要：本文报告我院自1986年5月～1995年4月手术治疗老年胆石症118例。结果显示；年龄本身并不是胆道手术的禁忌证。强调病情重，情况差而又伴严重并存病者，力求快速、简便、有效的解除阻道梗阻为原则，抢救病人生命，减少并发症和死亡率。It was reported 118 Cases of the agde patients with gallstone that were operated in ourhospital from May 1986 to April 1995. The results showed that age was not the contraindicatin of the bile duct operation. The aged patients complicated other serious diseases and had a bad condition should be operated quickly,Simplely and effectively in order to relieve the obstruction of the bile duct,Save the patient,reduce complicationand decrease mortality.
