小灵猫沙门氏菌病的诊断与控制报告

摘　　要：2004年11月,湖南某单位10只从市场收购的野生小灵猫发生一起疫病,经流行病学调查、临床症状、病理变化和实验室诊断等综合诊断为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌引起的沙门氏菌病。且分离的1株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,致病力强,抗原模式为1,4,5,12:i:1,2,药敏试验结果表明,其对多种药物具有较强耐药性。通过选取敏感药物进行治疗等综合防治措施控制了疫情,无新病例发生。In November 2004, 10 wild Yiverricula indica collected from the market by one college in Hu＇nan province broke out a disease. SalmonrUa typhimurium disease was diagnosed by the clinical symptoms, pathological detection, epidemiology and the laboratory tests. One strain of Salmonrlla typhimurium which antigen mode was 1,4,5,12：i： 1,2 was separated, and the virulence of the bacterium was very strong. The result of medicine sensitive test showed that the bacterium was tolerant to many drugs. The disease was controlled by using sensitive drugs and the other integrate control measures.
