摘 要:介绍了双Boost DC/AC单级正弦波逆变电路结构,并分析了其工作原理。描述了在采用SPWM调制技术时该逆变电路各个功率开关触发信号的逻辑配合关系,应用PSPICE软件对其进行仿真,列出了仿真参数,给出了电容电压和负载电压、以及调制给定电压和逆变器输出电压的仿真结果。同时,构建了相应的实验电路,给出了主要的技术参数,测取了多种电流和电压的相关波形。实践研究表明,基于SPWM调制的双Boost变换电路可以实现50kHz高频功率变换下的单级升压工频逆变输出。The introduction of dual-boost single stage DC/AC converter is firstly shown,the analysis of the converter's working principle is taken, and the logical relationship of the driver train to the power devices when they are working at SPWM state in the inverter is given.The cmlverter is simulated in the PSPICE software.The parameters adopted in the real- istic simulation,some waveforms such as capacitor voltage,voltage of modulation reference and load were given,and a set of laboratorial circuit was build.The parameters of experimentation and the measured waveforms of some interrelated cur- rents and voltages are shown.It is proved that adopting the SPWM Modulation method to the dual-boost DC/AC single stage inverter circuit with 50Hz frequency sin reference wave,the single stage inverter circuit could achieve boost character at a high switching frequency as 50kHz,and the output voltage of it can gain a line frequency as 50Hz.
