摘 要:为了减小电动负载模拟器的输出转矩脉动,提高其加载精度,多电平结构被越来越多地应用于加载电机驱动器拓扑。为进一步提高系统频宽,回收加载电机的制动能量,提出了一种基于多电平变换技术、能量可双向流动的驱动器拓扑结构,并对其工作原理与控制方法进行了详细分析。仿真和实验结果表明,提出的新型驱动器加载精度较高,并且在无扰跟踪正弦转矩加载实验中,双十指标下频宽达10Hz,较之传统驱动器在加载性能上有较大幅度的提高。Multilevel configuration is more and more used in loading motor driver topology to reduce the output torque ripple and to improve the loading precision in electric loading simulation system.For obtaining a higher frequency-width and regenerating the braking energy of loading motor system,a new topology for loading motor driver based on multi/eve/ inverting technology is put forward,and an in-depth analysis of its operating principle and control' strategy is made.The simulative and the experimental results indicate that the new driver proposed in this paper has a higher precision,and also achieve a 10Hz in its loading frequency-width in sine tracking without interference,which is a significant development in loading capability compared with the conventional driver.
