摘 要:目的研究早搏发生部位对血流动力学的影响。方法经同步12导联心电图诊断为房性早搏(48例)及室性早搏(51例)的患者,检测心功能,并通过信号处理技术对早搏桡动脉图计算积分面积。结果在早搏提前率相同的情况下,左房与右房早搏桡动脉图积分面积比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);左室与右室早搏桡动脉图积分面积比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论房性早搏对血流动力学的影响与早搏的发生部位无关,室性早搏对血流动力学的影响与早搏的发生部位有关。Objective To study the influence of the sites of premature beat (PB) on the hemodynamics. Methods Forty-eight patients with atrial premature beat (APB) and 51 patients with ventricular premature beat(VPB) were detected by twelve-lead surface electrocardiogram. Cardiac function was investigated through cardiac function check apparatus. The pulsographic area was measured by signal processing technique. Results When advanced ratios were same, there was no significant difference between left and right atrial pulsographic area (P 〉 0.05 ), but significant difference was showed between left and right ventricular pulsographic area (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions There is a negative correlation between the sites of APB and the hemodynamics, and a positive correlation between the sites of VPB and the hemodynamics.
