摘　　要：优化了头孢哌酮酸和碳酸氢钠的成盐、析晶等工艺条件,制备了头孢哌酮钠。新工艺收率高,产品经粉末X-射线衍射证明为三斜晶,热稳定性和引湿性实验证明与原工艺产品(单斜晶)比较,稳定性好。The salt formation and crystallization process of cefoperazone with sodium bicarbonate in water and acetone were reported. The power X-ray experimental results of cefoperazone sodium crystal showed that the product in this paper was in triclinic crystal system while that from the previous process was in monoclinic system. Thermal stability and hygroscopicity experimental results showed that the triclinic crystal was more stable than the monoclinic crystal.
