摘　　要：作为西方后现代主义小说的主要文类,元小说发扬了后现代主义文化不确定性的特征,通过极端的形式探索和语言游戏,带来了一场前所未有的叙事技巧的表演,它也为后来的小说创作开拓了一种新的方向。Being one of the main literary forms of the Westem post - modernism novels, meta - novels has made full use of the cultural uncertainty feature of post - modernism novels and brought forth an unprecedented performance of the narrative techniques by extreme exploration of form and language games. This has opened up a new direction for the later novel writing.
