摘　　要：心肌缝隙连接电耦联改变导致心律失常发生,N型钙粘蛋白/连环蛋白复合体在维持心脏功能、调控缝隙连接功能等方面发挥重要作用。Increasing amounts of evidence from diseased myocardium indicate that alteration in electrical coupling via gap junctions is a critical determinant in the development of an arrhythmogenic substrate. This review discusses recent findings that point to a central role for the N-cadherin/catenin complex in maintaining cardiac function and regulates gap junction function.
