摘  要:心钠肽和脑钠肽作为心源性循环激素在调节血容量和血管张力方面具有重要作用,近年研究显示他们不仅作为循环激素而且作为局部自分泌和/或旁分泌因子发挥心脏保护作用,如抗心肌肥厚和抗纤维化作用。另外,利钠肽/cGMP系统在心力衰竭、心肌梗死及心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的病理生理中具有重要作用。最近,人类重组心钠肽和脑钠肽用于临床心力衰竭治疗已取得一定进展。现就以上做一综述。Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brain (B-type) natriuretic peptide (BNP) are circulating hormones of cardiac origin that play an important role in the regulation of intravascular blood volume and vascular tone. Evidence is also accumulating from recent work that ANP and BNP exert their cardioprotective functions not only as circulating hormones but also as local autocrine and/or paracrine factors, such as antihypertrophic and antifibrotic functions. In addition, natriuretic peptides and the cGMP system play important roles in the pathophysiology of heart failure, myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia/reperfusion. Recent progress has been made in the use of human recombinant ANP and BNP in the treatment of heart failure. This article reviews the afore-mentioned issues.
