摘  要:磨损是螺旋钻杆失效的主要原因之一,也是影响钻杆使用寿命和钻进效率的关键因素。为了提高螺旋钻杆的耐磨性能,本文在对钻杆失效分析的基础上,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术对钻杆表面进行强化,制备了三种涂层试样。利用电镜对涂层进行了微观组织结构分析和耐磨性对比试验。研究表明:采用超音速火焰喷涂耐磨合金材料,能明显提高螺旋钻杆的耐磨性;不同的耐磨合金材料,耐磨性提高的程度不同,应根据现场的实际情况和成本等综合考虑选择,以满足沙漠物探钻井的需要。The abrasion is main reason of effectiveness of spiral drill, and also the key factor affecting the useful life of drill pipe and drilling efficiency. In order to enhance the abrasion resistance of the spiral drill and on the basis of analyzing the effectiveness of drill pipe, three kinds of blanket test specimens are fabricated on A3 steel by HVOF in the paper. Using electron microscope to analyze the histology of the blanket and carry out the abrasion resistance correlation test. The research indicates that the YF112 (spherical powder) blanket can obviously satisfies the superficial wear-resisting of the spiral drill; different abrasion alloy material has different capacity improving the abrasion resistanee, it should synthetically consider according the practical situation and cost in order to meet the need of geo physical drilling in desert area.
