摘　　要：进口配件供应对生产影响极大,寻找国产替代品有着降低成本、解决生产急需的现实意义。本文以长庆经理部MAN-LX2000卡车发动机连杆衬套损坏为例,说明选用国产配件替代进口配件的基本原则。There is extremely influence of import fittings supply on production, looking for home-made replacements has practical significance of reducing cost and solving a crying need of production. Taking the damage of connecting rod sleeve in motor of MAN-LX2000 truck in Changqing Department of Management as a example, the paper illustrated the basic principle of selecting home-made fittings for replacement.
