摘  要:以红叶桃叶片为材料,在生长期对纯合型和杂合型的红叶桃新梢中部叶片中的花青苷和叶绿素进行了研究。结果表明:从5月初到10月上旬,纯合型和杂合型花青苷含量在5月中旬达到最高峰后逐渐呈下降的趋势,而叶绿素的质量分数变化出现多峰现象,纯合型与杂合型叶绿素总量变化起伏很大,在7月中旬达到最低谷。纯合型的花青苷含量均高于杂合型花青苷含量。An experiment was conducted to study the contents of anthocyanin and chlorophyll in the leaves of red-leaf poach for both hybrid type and pure type during growing period. Result indicates that from the beginning of May to mid-October, anthocyanin in the two types of leaves achieves the highest point at mid-May and then decreases afterwards; while chlorophyll appears multipeaks and reaches the lowest in mid-July. The pure type has a higher anthocyanin content compared with the hybrid one.
