摘 要:骨骼肌组织以及肌肉蛋白为机体重要的组成部分,很多疾病以肌肉组织的特异性改变为特征。蛋白质组学技术的发展促进了骨骼肌蛋白质组学的研究,主要涉及细胞蛋白成分的整体分析,骨骼肌蛋白合成降解紊乱相关蛋白的识别与鉴定,以及衰老、肥胖和环境因素对骨骼肌的影响。蛋白质组学技术的应用,有利于发现与骨骼肌病理改变相关的诊断及预后指标,为临床治疗寻找潜在的药物靶标提供重要依据。Skeletal muscle tissues and muscle proteins are important body constituents, and a wide spectrum of various diseases is characterized by specific changes in muscle tissue, making skeletal muscle tissue interesting and perspective objects for proteomic study. In this article, we introduced the current status of proteomic technologies and described how these are being applied to the studies of skele- tal muscle, including a global analysis of cell protein components, identification of the alterations in pro- tein expression associated with processes of the unbalance between protein synthesis and degradation in skeletal muscle, and the effects of aging, obesity, and environment on skeletal muscle. The benefits of these proteomic studies should be the discovering of new diagnostic and/or prognostic biomarkers related to skeletal muscle pathological changes, and the identification of potential drug targets for the development of new therapeutic approaches.
