摘 要:目的探讨良性前列腺增生组织中VEGF、Flt-1表达和MVD计数的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测37例良性前列腺增生组织VEGF、Flt-1表达和MVD计数,进行等级相关性分析。结果VEGF表达与MVD计数呈正相关(P<0.05),VEGF与Flt-1表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Flt-1表达与MVD计数无相关性(P>0.05);前列腺体积与VEGF、Flt-1表达和MVD计数均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论在前列腺增生过程中VEGF与Flt-1表达呈正相关,与MVD也呈正相关。Objective To study the correclate of MVD and the expression of VEGF and Fit- 1 in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Immunohistochemical staining (S- P) was used to examine MVD and the expression of VEGF and Flt- 1 in 37 cases of BPH, Spearman rank correlation test were used for data statis- tic analysis. Results There was positive correlation betweenthe expression of VEGF and MVD Coumts,and Fit -1 expression(P 〈 0.05), but there wasn't correlate between Fit- 1 expression and MVD counts, There was no correlation between the size of prostate and MVD and the expression of both VEGF and Flt- 1 in BPH(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion In the progress of benign prostatic hyperplasia, There were positive correlate between VEGF ancl Flt- 1 and MVD.
