摘　　要：以南京大学研究生社团情况为切入口,分析在新形势下高校研究生社团的特点,研究生社团在研究生培养教育中发挥的作用及高校研究生社团发展中存在的问题、原因分析和解决方法。This paper makes an analysis of graduates mass organizations at Nanjing University. Also the author analyzes the characteristics, the function , and the existing problems and solutions of graduates mass organizations in the new situation nowadays.
