湿热清口服液治疗前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：利用清肝利胆佐以化瘀祛痰法制成的湿热清口服液治疗急、性前列腺炎３３例、慢性９８例，并分别与西药氟哌酸治疗急性前列腺炎２８例、慢性７６例的结果进行比较研究。结果表明：对于急性前列腺炎湿热清组较氟哌酸组疗效稍差；但对于慢性前列腺炎，湿热清组则较氟哌酸组明显为优。Reported 131 cases of acute and chronic prostatitis treated with 'Shi-re-qing' oral liquid which was made under the rules of clearing away liver-fire and gallbladder-heate,eliminating sputum and removing blood stasis,and contrasted with 104 cases treated with Norfloxacin.The results shown that, to acute prostatitis, the effectiveness of 'Shi-re-qing' was slightly poorer than Norfloxacin,but to chronic prostatitis ,the former was apparently better than the latter.
