摘　　要：本文以西安市下岗失业人员及其配偶为研究对象,运用多元逐步回归分析和路径模型分析了配偶生活事件、下岗失业人员应付方式及其压力应激之间的关系,指出家庭关系压力和经济压力直接影响下岗失业人员压力应激;家庭关系压力和经济压力通过影响不可抗拒、寻求支持等应付方式间接影响压力应激;经济压力通过自我责备这一应付方式间接影响压力应激。The paper surveys laid-off workers in xi＇ an. It analyzes the factors that may affect the laid-off worker by step-wise regression method and points out that the family relation and the economic pressure affect the laid-off workers＇ pressure reaction directly and indirectly. Besides, the economic pressure affects the laid-off worker＇s pressure indirectly by the self complaint.
