摘　　要：应用信息技术支持税务稽查是金税工程的核心组成部分。本文首先基于逐步判别分析方法建立增值税稽查选案的指标选择模型;然后,采用自组织映射神经网络(SOM)技术,建立了增值税选案智能分析模型;最后,针对实际案例数据进行了应用研究,使得选案的准确性得到了明显的提高。Information technology is the kernel of the Golden Taxation Program. Firstly, the paper builds the discriminative model of tax-checking sampling. Secondly, it chooses the new technology of Self-Organizing Feature Map （SOM） to build the intelligent increase value tax analyzing model. At last, it points out that the application of model increases the accuracy of tax-checking sampling.
