摘　　要：在实践中,技术人员应找出外墙乳胶涂料施工问题的原因,采取补救措施,并在施工中加以注意。In the practice of construction, the technical personel should look for the reason of the troubles of emulsion paint on outside walls, adopt the remedy measures, and pay attention to those in the practice of construction.
