中药“艾球康”煎剂防治鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病药效试验

摘　　要：目的评价中药"艾球康"煎剂防治柔嫩艾美耳球虫的药效。方法120只14日龄公雏随机分成6组,Ⅰ组为空白对照组、Ⅱ组为阳性对照组,Ⅲ组为磺胺二甲基嘧啶钠药物对照组;Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ三组分别为中药"艾球康"煎液高、中、低浓度试验组。各用药组于分组当天在饲料或饮水中添加对应的药物至试验结束。16日龄时,除空白对照组外,每只鸡经口接种柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊1×105个,观察效果。结果攻虫后d5,阳性对照组临床血粪便记分为4分,而"艾球康"各剂量组均为1分;攻虫感染后7.5 d,阳性对照组试验鸡存活率仅60%,AC I为75.6,药物对照组,高、中、低剂量的"艾球康"组试验鸡均100%存活,AC I分别为161.4、162.6、165.8和146.2。结论中药"艾球康"煎剂能有效防治柔嫩艾美耳球虫,中剂量"艾球康"组效果最好。Objective In order to evaluate the efficacy of ＂Aiqiukang＂ complex decoction prescription against chicken coccidiosis.Methods Fourtecn-day old chickens（n=120） were randomly grouped in uninfected and unmedicated control（I）,infected and unmedicated control（II）,sulfamethaie-treated（III） and high dose（IV）、moderate dose（V）、low dose（VI） ＂Aiqiukang＂ complex prescription treat group.After two days of medication,every bird were with 1×10~5 sporulated oocysts except group I.Results Five days after challenging,the blood-stained feces score of group Ⅱ is 4,but the group IV to VI only is 1.Seven and a half day after challenging,the survival rate and anticoccidial index（ACI） were only 60% and 75.6,respectively.Group III to VI each had a 100% survival rate,their ACI were 161.4、162.6、165.8、146.2,respectively. Conclusions ＂Aiqiukang＂ complex decoction prescription had a good anticoccidial activity and the moderate dose showed the best effect.
