摘　　要：鸡球虫病是一种严重危害养禽业的寄生虫病,其中堆型艾美耳球虫(Eimeria acervulina)对鸡致病力较强,在各地养鸡场流行率较高,严重感染时可引起死亡,对鸡的生长发育和饲料转化率有较明显的影响。本文对E.acervulina的流行状况、形态特征、致病性、免疫原性等相关研究进行了综述,为兽医临床有效防治E.acervulina提供理论依据。Avian coccidiosis is a serious protozoan disease in poultry industry, and Eimeria acervulina has pathogenicity and prevalence in henneries.It can result in extensive destruction of the duodenum epithelium accompanied by severe depression in body weight gain,reduced feed efficiency and intestinal shedding of parasite oocysts.This article riview studies on the situation of prevalence,morphological character,pathogenicity,immunogenicity and so on.
