2型糖尿病患者CD62p、CD63与糖尿病周围神经病变的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨CD62p、CD63与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法用流式细胞术测定59例2型糖尿病患者CD62p、CD63,使用Nicolet Viking IVD肌电图诱发电位仪测定周围神经传导速度(NCV),肌电图正常者为非DPN(A组,25例),神经电生理异常者为DPN(B组,34例)。健康对照组26例。结果CD62p、CD63的水平在糖尿病与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.001,P<0.01),B组与A组有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.05),直线相关分析显示CD62p与CD63(r=0.564,P<0.001)、FPG(r=O.402,P<0.01)呈正相关,与左腓MNCV(r=-0.320,P<0.05)、右腓MNCV(r=-0.299,P<0.05)、左尺MNCV(r=-0.407,P<0.01)、右尺SNCV(r=-0.382,P<0.05)呈负相关,与年龄、病程、GHB、TG、TC、BMI等无相关,CD63与FPG(r=O.623,P<0.001)呈正相关,与左腓MNCV(r=-0.377,P<0.01)、右腓MNCV(r=-0.285,P<0.05)、右尺SNCV(r=-0.378,P<0.05)呈负相关,与其余因素无相关。结论CD62p、CD63表达率可能是糖尿病周围神经病变发生与发展的一个预测指标。Objective To explore the relationship between CD62p、CD63 and diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）in type Ⅱ diabetes patients. Methods FCM was used to test CD62p、CD63 in 59 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes patients, Nicolet Viking IVD electromyologram potential evoker was used to measure the peripheral nerve conduction velocity（ PNCV） , cases normal in electromyologram was none-DPN（ group A , 25 cases ）,cases abnormal in neural electrophysiology was DPN（group B,34 cases）. 26 cases as control group . Results There was significant difference in CD62p、CD63 levels between the diabetes group and the control group （P〈0.001,P〈0.01）, there is significant difference between that of group B and group A , （P〈0.05,P〈0.05）,analysis of linear correlation showed CD62p had positive correlation with CD63（r=0.564,P〈0.001） and FPG（r=0.402,P〈0.01）,while negative correlation with left peroneal nerve,common ＇s MNCV（r=-0.320,P〈0.05）、right peroneal nerve,common ＇s MNCV（r=-0.299,P〈0.05）、left cubital nerve＇s MNCV（r=-0.407,P〈0.01）、right cubital nerve＇s SNCV（r=-0.382,P〈0.05）,CD62p has no relationship with ago course、GHB、TG、TC、BMI, CD63 has a positive correlation with FPG（r=O.623,P〈0.001）while a negative correlation with left peroneal nerve,common＇s MNCV（r=-0.377,P〈0.01）、right peroneal nerve,common＇s MNCV（r=-0.285,P〈0.05）、right cubital nerve＇s SNCV（r=-0.378,P〈0.05）, there was no correlations with other factors .
