摘  要:目的探讨磁共振FLAIR序列在诊断急性蛛网膜下腔出血中的应用价值。方法回顾分析38例用腰穿结果作为金标准的急性蛛网膜下腔出血的磁共振快速FLAIR序列表现,并与CT比较。结果磁共振快速FLAIR序列能很好地显示所有病例的急性蛛网膜下腔出血,表现为脑池、脑沟内高信号影。结论磁共振快速FLAIR序列显示急性蛛网膜下腔出血的敏感性明显优于CT,可作为本病的常规检查手段。Objective To evaluate the value of fluid-inversion recovery (FLAIR) MR imaging in the diagnosis of acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods MR imaging with FLAIR sequences was performed in 38 patients with acute SAH using the lumbar puncture results as the gold standard. Findings were retrospectively analyzed and compared with that of computed tomography (CT). Results In all patients, acute SAH was clearly demonstrated as an area with signal intensity that was higher compared to that of the normal cerebrospinal fluid in the sulci and cisternae at FLAIR imaging. Conclusion Fast FLAIR sequences is more sensitive than CT scans in the detection of acute SAH, and it can be routinely performed.
