摘　　要：本文通过对广州汽车产业集群进行现状分析,得出广州市汽车产业集群的基本特征以及技术在该产业集群内扩散的特点,指出政府和企业应当如何做出制度安排,以增强该产业集群的竞争力和促进技术在集群内扩散。This paper analyses the present situation of Guangzhou car industrial clusters, and shows the basic characteristics of Guangzhou car industrial clusters as well as the traits of technological diffusion. Besides, it points out what institutions the government and the enterprises should make in order to strengthen the ability of competition in these clusters and achieve better technological diffusion.
