摘  要:用酶法比色自动化分析测总胆汁酸,用放免法测甘胆酸,分别检测33例未结合胆红素升高为主的新生儿病理性黄疸和34例母乳性黄疸的空腹血清总胆汁酸(totalbileacids,TBA)和甘胆酸(choloyglycin,CG)。对照组为年龄相配的轻症肺炎恢复期患儿。结果:新生儿病理性黄疸血清TBA及CG与对照组存在非常显著性差异(P均<0.0001)。母乳性黄疸血清TBA及CG亦与对照组存在非常显著性差异(P=0.003,P<0.0001)。结果表明新生儿高未结合胆红素血症中可能存在轻度胆汁淤积。Enzyme linked colorimetric analysis and radioimmunoassay were used to detect serum fasting total bile acids(TBA) and choloyglycin(CG) respectively in 33 cases of neonatal unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia and 34 infants with breast milk jaundice(BMJ). Control groups were mild neonatal pneumonia patients in their recovery. The results showed that neonatal unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia patients had a significant difference statistically from controls both in TBA and CG(P<0 0001) Significant difference statistically also existed in between BMG and controls both in TBA and CG(P=0 003,P<0 0001) The results suggest that mild cholestasis might exist in neonatal unconjugated hyperbilibirubinemia.
