摘 要:在闭环供应链系统中,制造商需要同时协调新产品生产过程和废旧产品再制造过程,这种正向物流与逆向物流之间的集成管理导致供应链系统复杂化。利用控制理论对制造商构成的单级闭环供应链系统进行建模,着重分析确定性需求和再制造环境下供应链系统的动态行为和总成本性能。结果表明:单级闭环供应链系统的总成本性能与制造提前期和再制造提前期之间的差异密切相关,两个提前期间的差异越小,系统总成本性能越优,反之则越差。In a single-echelon cloud-loop supply chain system, the producers have to simultaneously coordinate the manufac- turing and remanufacturing activities; and the integration between forward logistics and reverse logistics makes the supply chain system more complex than ever. Applying cybernetics and simulation technique, this paper develops the model of a single-echelon closed-loop supply chain system and particularly analyzes the effect of remanufacturlng activities with deterministic demands and returns. The results show the total cost performance of the single-echelon closed-loop supply chain system is determined by the discrepancy between the manufacturing lead-time and remanufacturlng lead-time. The smaller the discrepancy is, the better the total cost performance is, and otherwise the worse the total cost performance is.
