摘 要:目的探讨不同出生体重新生儿的甲状腺功能。方法将盐城市第三人民医院2003年2月~2006年12月收治的不同出生体重的新生儿120例分成4组:A组(出生体重1100g^1499g n1=30),B组(出生体重1500g^1999g n2=30),C组(出生体重2000g^2499g n3=30),D组(出生体重2500g^3750g n4=30),采用放免法测定不同出生体重新生儿出生后第1天及第10天血清FT3、FT4及TSH水平。结果各组血清FT3、FT4、TSH生后1~10天均成下降趋势,FT3、FT4的水平与出生体重成正相关,C组、D组生后第1,10天血清FT3、FT4明显高于A组、B组,B组明显高于A组,C组与D组之间差异无显著性;生后第1天TSH水平C组、D组>A组、B组,生后第10天血清TSH A组、B组>C组、D组,C组与D组之间差异无显著性。结论新生儿的甲状腺功能与出生体重成正相关,出生体重低于1999g的新生儿存在甲状腺功能的暂时性低下。Objective: To evaluate the thyroid function in the various birth weight infants. Methods: From Feb. 2003 to Dec 2006 serum free triiodothyronine ( FT3 ), free thyronine ( FT4 ) and thyrotropin in 120 various birth weight infants on the first and tenth days after birth were detected by radioimmunoassay , 120 new birth infants were divide into four groups according to the birth weight : the group A (birth weight between 1000g and 1499g, n1 =30), the group B (birth weight between 1500g and 1999g, n2 = 30), the group C (birth weight between 2000g and 2499g, n3 =30), the group D (birth weight between 2500g and 3750g, n4 = 30) o Results: The serum concentrations of FT3, FT4, TSH showed a declining tendency in all groups from the first day to the tenth day after birth , the serum concentrations of FT3, FT4 were significantly positive correlations with the birth weight , the serum concentrations of FT3, FT4 in both group C and group D on the first day and the tenth day were significantly higher than those in both group A and group B , and those in group B were also significantly higher than those in group A, but there were no significantly difference between group C and group D . The serum concentration of TSH on the first day after birth in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in both group A and group B , But there were no significantly difference between group A and group B. On the tenth days after birth, the serum concentration of TSH in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C and group D, but the serum concentrations of TSH on the first and the tenth days were no significantly difference between group C and group D. Conclusion: The thyroid function in new born infants were positive correlations with the birth weight , and the thyroid function of birth weigh less than 1999g was transiently low.
