清营汤对热盛阴虚证心力衰竭大鼠心肌微结构心肌细胞因子影响的实验研究

摘　　要：通过联用异丙肾上腺素和甲状腺素,分两步制备出大鼠热盛阴虚证心力衰竭模型,观察清营汤对热盛阴虚证心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞因子、心肌病理微结构变化等方面的影响。实验结果显示:清营汤中、高剂量组具有较明显的改善热盛阴虚证心力衰竭大鼠心肌组织病理变化,以及降低大鼠心肌组织中TNF-αmRNA、IL-1βmRNA含量的作用,表明清营汤对热盛阴虚型心力衰竭有较明显的治疗作用。By way of combining isoprenaline and thyroxin, we use the two - step way to make out the model of heart failure, which belongs to the Heat excess and Yin deficiency type in traditional Chinese medicine. And we observe the influence of Qingyingtang on cardiac cellular factor, pathological microstructure change of cardiac muscle of rats, which are made as models of heart failure of the Heat excess and Yin deficiency type. The result shows that, high and moderate do- ses of Qingyingtang can distinctly improve the pathological change of cardiac muscle, and reduces the content of TNF - α mRNA and IL - 1βmRNA in the rats cardiac muscle. Therefore, this experiment certificates that, Qingyingtang is obviously effective on the heart failure of the Heat excess and Yin deficiency type.
