六味地黄软胶囊及其各提取部位治疗更年期综合征的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄软胶囊及其各提取部位对更年期综合征动物的影响。方法:选用雌性SD大鼠,采用摘除卵巢方法复制更年期综合征模型,以六味地黄软胶囊及其各提取部位灌胃给药治疗15日,观察药物对模型动物的动情周期,血清中IL-2、LH、E2和FSH水平以及子宫、肾上腺、胸腺等脏器指数的影响。结果:六味地黄软胶囊及其乙酸乙酯提取部位可改善去卵巢大鼠的动情周期的变化,升高去卵巢大鼠血清IL-2和E2水平,降低LH水平,升高子宫、肾上腺及胸腺指数;正丁醇提取部位也可以改善去卵巢大鼠动情周期变化,降低血清IL-2水平。结论:六味地黄软胶囊对更年期综合征有治疗作用,其有效成分主要集中在乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取部位。Objective： To study the effects of Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule and its extracts on ovariectomized rats. Methods ： Female Sprague - Dawley rats, to duplicate climacteric syndrome model by ovariectomizing, after the administration of Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule and its extracts for 15 days, the estrous cycle, levels of serum IL -2, LH, E2, FSH, and the indexes of ovary, adrenal gland and thoracic gland were observed. Results ： Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule and its acetoacetate extracts could regulate estrous cycle of ovariectomized rats, could obviously improve levels of serum IL - 2 and E2, decrease level of serum LH, and increase the indexes of ovary, adrenal gland and thoracic gland of ovariectomized rats. n - butyl alcohol extract also could regulate estrous cycle, and decrease level of serum LH of ovariectomized rats. Conclusion： Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule could treat climacteric syndrome, its effective constituent was in acetoacetate and n- butyl alcohol extracts.
